!! She sold our house and found us our new house! If not for Nancy knowing the area and the houses available we would have never found our dream home! I was looking for a four bedroom home and the house we bought was listed as a 3 bed. It actually had a fourth that wasn’t in the listing. I would have passed right by it but Nancy had seen it previously and knew there was a 4th bedroom!! Nancy was available for anything I needed when ever I needed it! She is also extremely kind, not one of those pushy realtors at all!!! Because of Nancy, we were able to close on both homes in under 60 days!

After spending several months with another realtor, we decided to change it up and we happened to come across Nancy. Well needless to say, our gut was correct, Within ONE weekend, we found our DREAM HOME - we were able to close at the same time as our prior home closing. All within 60 days. Nancy works hard, she is persistent, and she is personable. We just loved our whole experience with Nancy from beginning to end.

She spent all day and night with us for a month straight until we got the house we wanted! She fought for us no matter what. I would recommend her to the world if I could!

It took us 1.5 years to find a house. She never lost interest in us and kept on with cheerful enthusiasm and positive vibes throughout the journey; which involved TWO renegs. She is on top of her game, pointing out issues from possible termites in a far away fence, stairs too steep or narrow for my mother, shared insight into local issues like permitting and shopping, gave reasonable expectations and insight into repairs, and was always available. I count myself lucky to have had her on my side during the journey.

She made sure I had everything I needed including her supper and guidance through the entire process. She is knowledgeable , personable and very calming throughout all that selling the house entailed. I was very happy working with her and highly recommend her!!!

I was initially going to work with someone else, but was disappointment with their response time. EVERY text and call made to Nancy was answered right away. In this market you CANNOT miss any opportunity when houses become available. Nancy sent my husband and I houses nearly everyday and took us to see more than a dozen of them. She searched far and wide! We weren’t set on one location and she was able to show us from Nassau C as ounty to further out East Suffolk County. In the end, she found our dream home that checked all of the boxes!!!!! (And there were a lot!) She coached us on how to bid. If it wasn’t for her expertise in knowing the right amount to offer, we would have lost the house, or way over bid. She knew just the right words to say to the sellers realtors to get any information or clues we needed to know. We offered the most but only outbid by 2,000!! Nancy is truly a wonderful real estate agent!! I truly believe she is the best!!! You won’t be disappointed!

She really knows her stuff. She is honest, courteous, and really looked out for our best interest. My husband and I are first time home buyers which can be really intimidating and discouraging, especially in this market. Nancy shared all of her knowledge with us and guided us through the process. She was very patient, encouraging, and helped us find our first home, and our dream home! We were so lucky to have Nancy with us throughout this process. Highly recommend!!
